Lufkin, Texas - Kimberly Clark Saenz, formerly employed as a License Vocational Nurse with DaVita was arrested Friday afternoon on warrants charging her with two counts of Aggravated Assault, a second degree felony. Saenz is a 34 year old Angelina County resident. The warrants were obtained after an investigation revealed that Saenz had intentionally harmed two patients while working at Lufkin's DaVita Dialysis in April by injecting the patients with bleach.
