PITTSFIELD TOWNSHIP, Michigan — Authorities say a group of parents rented a bus to take their kids to Saline High School’s junior-senior prom, then got on board and drank beer in the parking lot. Officials at the school in Washtenaw County’s Pittsfield Township say about 15 parents were joined by other adults Saturday. Deputy Director Elizabeth McGuire of the township police says they could face misdemeanor charges of consuming alcohol on school grounds. More...
