Hartford, Connecticut - On May 30, 2008, in broad daylight on a busy street in downtown Hartford, Conn., two vehicles blew through the red light on Park Street, crossed a double yellow line, and slammed into a 78-year-old pedestrian, tossing his body into traffic and leaving him, lifeless, in the middle of the street.
