UK - A British couple is fighting their wedding caterer in court, alleging she stole the funds to cater their reception, and then attacked them with a friend when they confronted her about it, the Sunderland Echo reported Wednesday.
Bernadette Henderson and Eric McGibbon, from Leechmere, England, claim they paid Joyce Miller $293 to provide food for 130 guests at their wedding reception last July.
They told Newcastle Crown Court that on the eve of their wedding day during a car ride, Miller told them her sons had spent all the money for the event, and their guests would have no food, the Echo reported.
