White Township - An intoxicated Wyoming County man fell asleep at the wheel of his sport utility vehicle April 10 in the drive-through at McDonald's in SouthTowne Plaza, White Township, according to a criminal complaint. After the driver ignored the orders, the trooper broke the passenger side window of the vehicle, but MacMillan still ignored any directives, according to police. McChesney then used a Taser on the driver, pulled him from the vehicle, shut off the SUV's engine and placed it in park, according to a criminal complaint filed at Homer City district court. More...
