PARMA, Ohio - A little girl is telling some big lies to con local business owners out of big money.
She is between 11 and 12 years old with sandy brown hair and pigtails.
"Her fake name is Victoria Tanner," said Jake Ballard, General Manager of Road Quake Audio in Parma who gave over $300 to her 'charity.'
"She claims she's doing a bike ride for Multiple Sclerosis in August."
