BRIDGEPORT - A Newtown man accused of secretly photographing a teenage girl in a tanning room at a Trumbull health club was granted special probation yesterday. Sean Gordon, 21, of High Rock Road in Newtown, was granted accelerated rehabilitation following a hearing before Superior Court Judge James P. Ginocchio. The probation is for two years.
