Teen Gets Prison for Murdering Friend Over Sweatshirt


ANNAPOLIS, Maryland - An Annapolis teenager has been sentenced to 17 years and six months in prison for a Halloween homicide in the city's College Creek Terrace housing community. Seventeen-year-old Dupree Williams apologized Monday and said he took responsibility for everything he did. He pleaded guilty in April to second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of his longtime friend, 18-year-old Jerome Hughes, who suffered from a mental disability. More...
