ANNAPOLIS, Maryland - An Annapolis teenager has been sentenced to 17 years and six months in prison for a Halloween homicide in the city's College Creek Terrace housing community. Seventeen-year-old Dupree Williams apologized Monday and said he took responsibility for everything he did.
