Two Suspects Arrested in Portable Toilet Explosions


BAINBRIDGE ISLAND - Police have identified six suspects they believe to be responsible for detonating homemade bombs in portable toilets around the island this month, according to the Bainbridge Island Police Department. Two boys — a 15 year old and a 16 year old — have been arrested and taken to the Kitsap County Juvenile Detention Center, Deputy Chief Mark Duncan said.
