PROVO, Utah - Nearly $200,000 in cash and checks was literally tossed out with the garbage in Utah County on Tuesday, which was eventually found by a sanitation worker. Sanitation officials received a phone call from a panicked woman, who said she had accidentally thrown out an envelope containing the money, which was a deposit for a Utah County business.
