Washington - A 7 ½ -foot boa is missing in Birch Bay and may still be in the area. The snake, a 7-year-old red-tailed boa named Rosie, went missing from a house on the 4500 block of Sunburst Drive the night of Saturday, July 12. Tori Tinn, 28, has owned Rosie for most of the snake's life and said she had left Rosie on a swing set outside her boyfriend's house.
