CRITTENDEN COUNTY, Arkansas - The Crittenden County Sheriff’s Department says a 12 year-old West Memphis, Arkansas boy was arrested for making obscene and threatening 911 calls. According to Thomas Martin with the Crittenden County Sheriff’s Department, the child started making the calls in May. Martin say the 12 year-old made about 350 911 calls in just one month. The calls started as hang-ups, but then the kid started making threats and saying very obscene things to the 911 operators, said Martin.
