Dog thrown off overpass survives with just a fat lip

NIAGARA FALLS, Ontario – Deborah Pepin had no idea what the dark object was that fell from an overpass – until it yelped.
"It happened so fast that I didn't compute what it was, and then I heard this god-awful wailing," the Mississauga woman said yesterday.
