Tennessee - A Hixson man said he tripped over his dog while checking out possible prowlers, causing him to accidentally shoot his wife. Debra Allison Wise, 51, of 944 Ely Road was taken by ambulance to Erlanger Hospital after the incident early Wednesday morning.
