LINCOLN, Nebraska - A Texas man is arrested in Nebraska for his fourth DUI in less than two weeks. The Nebraska State Patrol said it arrested Robert Hood, 44, of Caldwell, Texas, on Sunday morning just before 8:30. Troopers said he was speeding on County Road 20 in Unadilla. After asking him to get out of his white 1982 Chevy Blazer troopers discovered Hood was intoxicated. More...
