RACINE — A 48-year-old Racine man allegedly received a suspicious package Monday containing a bullet with his name on it. The package was marked “Hell Michigan” and labeled with a return address “ICU,” according to the police report. The man opened the package to find a small jewelry box surrounded with bubble wrap. Inside was a 357 Magnum round with his name inscribed. He does not believe it was sent as a joke, he said to police according to the report. More...
