PORT ORCHARD, Washington - A 20-year old Port Orchard man was charged with second-degree assault Thursday for allegedly clobbering a man after watching an Ultimate Fighting Championship bout on TV.
According to court documents, Franklin Wilson was at a home on Fairview Boulevard watching TV.
