LOS ANGELES, California - The Los Angeles Police Department says one of its officers was shot and wounded by Long Beach, Calif. police. LAPD Officer Sam Park says the officer was shot early Wednesday in Long Beach after a witness called in a report of a man with a gun walking down the street. The Long Beach Police Department says the 26-year-old man was shot at 12:30 a.m. after officers responded to the complaint call. More...
