Teen charged after leaving dad's home with her sister


Georgia - A 14-year-old girl left her father's Stone Mountain apartment Saturday morning without telling him. She took her 6-year-old sister with her. That got her charged with a crime. Under Georgia law, interference with custody is defined as taking a child knowingly from a person with legal custody of the child or knowingly harboring a child who has absconded. More...
