FORT PIERCE, Florida - An 18-year-old woman accused of hitting a man with a toilet seat after reportedly finding him smoking crack in the bathroom is facing a battery charge, according to an arrest affidavit released Monday. Kimberlee Ann Cole went to jail Friday after allegedly striking Joel E. Goldsmith, 24, with the commode seat after finding him in the restroom smoking crack.
