Nutty News: Companies fined for selling dangerous kids' clothes - Have drawstrings


Nutty News USA - Since 2006, children's coats, sweatshirts and jackets with drawstrings around the neck or waist have been considered defective and have been automatically recalled, The Consumer Product Safety Commission says. The commission fined the companies — which imported and sold the clothes — for failing to notify the commission that they were selling tops with drawstrings. It also recalled 8,000 items of clothing.
