Nutty News CONCORD — A man dressed as a woman robbed a Bank of America on Thursday afternoon, but was quickly caught with the stolen loot in his purse by a Concord police officer who just happened to be passing by the bank. Robbery suspect Henry Donell Williams, 22, of Solano County, is now also being investigated by Concord police and the FBI in connection to one or more other cross-dressed bank heists. More...
