Nebraska - A 73-year-old Oconto, Nebraska man has pleaded not guilty to paying a 10-year-old girl for sex. Custer County officials charged Floyd Martin with first-degree and second-degree sexual assault of a child for two incidents in May and June. Court records say Martin was discovered naked and in bed with the girl on June 25th. The girl told investigators about having sex with Martin on several occasions.
