New York - A New York City businessman claims police who seized his luxury car after he killed someone in a hit-and-run accident returned it in bad condition. A Brooklyn lawsuit filed last week by Harry Shasho seeks $190,000 in damages from the city, police and prosecutors. It says they failed to safeguard his impounded Bentley.
