Idaho - A federal jury in Boise has sentenced Joseph Edward Duncan III to death for kidnapping, torturing and murdering a 9-year-old Idaho boy in 2005. Duncan, a convicted pedophile originally from Tacoma, Wash., kidnapped Dylan Groene and his 8-year-old sister in May 2005 after murdering their older brother, their mother and her fiance near Coeur d'Alene. Duncan took the two children deep into the Lolo National Forest, where he tortured and sexually abused them over several weeks. He finally shot Dylan point-blank in the head while his sister watched.
