TAMPA - A man was killed after being struck by a car early today, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office reported.
Just after 4 a.m., Brett Johnson Bailey, 19, of Tampa, was laying in the southbound lanes of Sheldon Road, north of Waters Avenue, when he was struck by a 2002 Acura Integra, driven by Stephanie Marisol Maisonet, 26, of Tampa, the Sheriff's Office reported.
