Beer maker wins fight to market 'Legal Weed'

Vaune Dillmann of Weed, Calif., who took on federal regulators when they ordered his Mt. Shasta Brewing Co. to stop using bottle caps with the slogan 'Try Legal Weed,' prevails on appeal.
