Arizona - A veteran Maricopa County detention officer finds himself inside a cell. Officer Clayton Buycks, 28, has been arrested on charges of sexual assault and kidnapping. A sheriff’s office spokesman says Buycks was transporting a woman inmate to a court hearing on drug charges in late August. While they were in an elevator in the East Courthouse, Buycks allegedly fondled the woman. The kidnapping charge was added because the inmate was handcuffed. More...
