Montana - A melee between neighbors involving knives and bear spray and sparked by a loose dog has resulted in felony criminal charges against a father and son. Kevin Allen Sauter, 48, and his son, Marc Allen Sauter, 26, appeared in Justice County on Monday by video from the county jail. Kevin Sauter was charged with felony assault with a weapon and misdemeanor assault. Marc Sauter was charged with felony assault with a weapon and misdemeanor cruelty to animals. More...
