INGLEWOOD, California - The Inglewood City Council says the shooting by police officers of a homeless man carrying a toy gun was captured on video. In a written statement released Tuesday night, the city says onboard cameras in Inglewood police squad cars captured the Aug. 31 incident, in which seven officers fired a combined 47 times.
