FORT PIERCE — A 220-pound woman was arrested Sunday after police say she was hanging out on Avenue D in hopes of prostituting herself out, according to an arrest affidavit released Monday.
An officer reported Judith F. Collins, 50, was loitering on the side of a closed building in the 900 block of Avenue D and flagged down a man on a bicycle.
