WENATCHEE, Washington - Prosecutors have filed assault charges against a 19-year-old man who smeared peanut butter on the forehead of a classmate with a severe peanut allergy at Wenatchee High School.
According to the police report, Joshua Hickson overheard the student saying he was allergic to peanuts and then dipped his finger in a peanut butter sandwich.
