Deming - Four children were removed from a house in Deming after Luna County Sheriff's Deputies say they were living in deplorable conditions. The children are ages seven, three, one and six-months.
The deputies were alerted about the alleged abuse when a neighbor called, concerned about a three-year-old that was walking around the neighborhood with no shoes and no supervision.
