A Bismarck man faces burglary charges after being found in a Burger King parking lot wearing attire stolen from the fast-food chain early Wednesday morning. Chad Rummel, 26, was charged with Class C felony burglary on Wednesday. Rummel had a Burger King ball cap, three Burger King jackets and a 12-pack of invisible tape in his possession when officers found him. All were items from inside the business, he said. More...
