In these difficult economic times - Part-time legislators to get 36% pay raise


Hawaii - Legislators' pay and expense accounts to rise 36 percent. That's what Hawaii's part-time legislators will get when they go back to work after the November elections.
That means their pay will jump to $48,708. Their expense accounts will also go up - to $10,200.
