BOSTON - A man accused of throwing foot powder around an airplane because he was angry his flight from Las Vegas to Boston was delayed has pleaded not guilty. Arthur Nicolson of Framingham was released on personal recognizance Tuesday after his arraignment on charges including disorderly conduct and interfering with the operation of an aircraft. The 42-year-old was arrested Monday after the U.S. Airways flight he was on landed at Logan International Airport. More...
