YORK — A York man locked his family inside their house and refused to let them leave because he was upset that a stepdaughter did not “adequately clean her bedroom,” police say. James Kevin Moss, 37, of 3872 Black Highway, faces criminal domestic violence and three counts of kidnapping after police forced their way into his home Tuesday night.
