JACKSONVILLE, Florida - A man from Jacksonville who has a long list of traffic violations is facing a long list of new charges after getting clocked going 163 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone. Police turned to see a pickup truck flying down the highway, weaving from lane to lane. The driver got off at Duval Street (not far from the Duval County Jail where he is now), ran a red light, drove the wrong way down another street before stopping in the middle of the road.
