Kentucky - Police have arrested two suspects in the effigy of Presidential candidate Barack Obama on the campus of the University of Kentucky. The two suspects have been identified as Hunter Bush and Joe Fischer. They're charged with disorderly Conduct 2nd, Burglary 2nd, and theft by unlawful taking. Fischer is a UK student.
