Seattle - A former Albuquerque couple living in Seattle is under arrest for starving their teenage daughter. The abuse was so bad, authorities in Washington state say, the 14-year-old girl resembled a second grader. Officers say the girl, who weighed just 48 pounds, survived by drinking water out of a toilet. Her parents are accused of depriving her of food, drink and medical care. The teen's father, former Albuquerque resident Jon Pomeroy, and her stepmother, Rebecca Long, are both under arrest.
