Woman strangled to death by 13-foot pet python - Snake did not want his medicine


VIRGINIA BEACH - A young woman apparently was strangled to death by her 13-foot pet python while trying to administer medication to it, police said. The victim, 25-year-old Amanda Ruth Black, was found by her husband late Tuesday night, lying on the floor in front of a large, empty snake cage in an upstairs bedroom of her Virginia Beach home, police spokesman Adam Bernstein said.
