Australia - A woman who became pregnant to her secret lover told an inquest she didn't know she had given birth to their child until she saw his foot in the toilet bowl. Claire Jones, 32, gave evidence at the inquest into the death of the newborn boy in Cardiff, Wales, yesterday.
