SOUTH MANATEE, Florida - Dumping out a friend’s beer seemed like a rational thing to do for a Manatee man who told authorities he dumped the suds when the friend left and didn’t return for a half-hour.
But when the friend came back, he was enraged and threw a tantrum that left him facing a burglary with battery charge.
