DES MOINES, Iowa - A Clive hand model and magician is suing Kmart Corp. and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia after a lounge chair sold by the store under the Martha Stewart Everyday brand collapsed on his hand, cutting off a fingertip. In the lawsuit filed Monday in Polk County District Court, Patrick Albanese said he was moving the lounge chair when the front tubular legs collapsed, crushing his right index finger. More...
