RALEIGH, North Carolina - The Army is investigating a Soldier who allegedly videotaped his son in a battle with another toddler and allowed the tape to be spread on the Internet. Alicia Scheideger, the boy's mother, told ABC News her ex-husband, who is stationed at Fort Bragg, N.C., had custody of the boy. She said she was the one who notified authorities of the video, which has been removed from the Internet. More...
