Health board officials have apologized to Lynne Neilson, 36, whose baby started to arrive as she stood, still clothed, in an assessment room at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, a major teaching hospital in Scotland, after hours of waiting to be admitted. Grade School Break-up Ends in Stabbing


PLACENTIA, California - Authorities say a woman stabbed and wounded three people outside an Orange County childcare center. Police Sgt. Ken Alexander says the suspected assailant, 32-year-old Diana Rodriguez, was arrested Monday.
