CHICO - After being stabbed by a woman Tuesday night, a man sat on her until Kitsap County Sheriff's deputies arrived. Deputies were called to an apartment in a house on the 4200 block of Dyes Inlet Road NW at about 7:45 p.m., according to initial reports.
