Montana - A Billings man accused of stabbing his father during a fight that started over a can of cat food was arraigned Thursday on a charge of felony assault with a weapon. Ian D. Johnson, 33, appeared before Judge Susan Watters and pleaded not guilty to the charge. He was allowed to remain free pending trial on a previously posted bond of $2,000. More...
