Sleepwalker cleared of sex assault


UK - A man has been cleared of sexually assaulting a woman after he told a court he was sleep walking at the time. At the end of a four day trial at Preston Crown Court Mark Daley was acquitted on both sex assault charges he faced. The jury took less than an hour to reach unaminous not guilty verdicts. They had been told by the woman that the defendant was staying overnight as a guest after a day spent drinking with her and her partner. More...
