SATSUMA, Florida - After four excruciatingly difficult weeks for the family of Haleigh Cummings, the missing girl's father and his girlfriend announced their plans to wed, saying Haleigh would want it.
The 5-year-old Satsuma girl was last seen on the night of Feb. 9 when Misty Croslin, her father's now-fiancée, put the child to bed.
